    About
    Jennifer is an independent primary and secondary mathematics consultant based in Wolverhampton. She is an experienced teacher of secondary mathematics who has been a Head of Mathematics at a large secondary school for 7 years. She has led on projects in partnership with other secondary schools and primary schools within a local authority.

    Jennifer is passionate about maths and the firmly believes that all pupils of every age and ability should be given the best chance of succeeding in the subject. She is certain that all pupils will thrive in their maths learning if teachers plan and deliver lessons with explicit support and challenge, allowing pupils the opportunity to choose their own starting point and progress at their own pace. This encourages independent learning which in turn engages and motivates. Jennifer wants to make a difference to pupils’ learning and has a clear vision that the teaching and learning environment should be exciting, challenging and thought-provoking.

    Jennifer now works in partnership with schools, assessing their needs and planning and delivering tailored support to senior leaders, subject leaders, teaching and support staff. She also delivers bespoke workshops and booster days for groups of pupils.
